Below are the implementation steps to enable this feature in your system:
As shown in the below screenshot, On the purchase order we have two fields First is “Quantity Received” and second is Quantity Invoiced.
From the version 23.0, Microsoft made some changes in both the field. Before 23.0 version both fields are informative field. Like how many Quantity you had already revived OR How many Quantity you had already Invoiced against the Particular purchase order. But now, from the version 23.0 this both field is converted into look up field. When you click on the quantity received or Quantity Invoiced value system show all the purchase receipt OR Posted Purchase Invoice which is you post against Purchase order.
Because of this functionality, it is now easier to find out the number of receipts and invoices against a particular purchase order.
