- Used the Company Creation Wizard in Business Central to set up a new company. This wizard efficiently guided us through entering relevant company data, including business address, phone, email, website, logo, and various accounting and tax information. Within minutes, the company setup was complete and ready to start.
Data Import:
- Leveraged Business Central's Excel data import feature to import and analyze essential company data.
- Created a customized Excel template to import data for quotes, sales invoices, and purchase invoices. The templates were exported, updated, and imported back into Business Central.
- Successfully imported hundreds of customer records into Business Central using the customized Excel template.
Role Setup:
- Set up different roles according to the company's workforce. This involved understanding user responsibilities, grouping them into roles, designing the roles, assigning the respective privileges, and finally assigning the roles to the users.
